Screen Recorder for Roblox

SwiftRec is a free Windows screen recorder built to capture your Roblox gameplay without watermarks, account signups, or overlay clutter. Record clips, tutorials, or full sessions with a single hotkey.

Why Roblox Players Choose SwiftRec

Roblox streams and clips demand clean output—no watermarks, no account login, just your gameplay. SwiftRec records full-screen or window-only, so you capture only what matters: the game itself.

Hit a hotkey and go. Your hands stay on WASD; the recorder stays out of your way. Global hotkeys mean you never interrupt your game to start or stop recording.

Output lands straight in your Videos folder as MP4, ready for YouTube, Discord, or your editor. Mic and game audio both go into one file, so your reaction or commentary stays synced with the action.

Features That Work for Gaming

Record a single window so background clutter doesn't end up in your clip. Roblox gets the spotlight; your desktop stays private.

Webcam picture-in-picture is optional—add a camera bubble for reaction videos or face-cam content without eating extra CPU.

Mouse clicks and keypresses can be logged and displayed on screen. Off by default, but handy for tutorials where you want viewers to see exactly what you're doing.

Portable footprint means no scattered system files. Keep SwiftRec on a USB stick or move it between PCs instantly.

Output is MP4 (H.264), the standard for game streaming platforms. No conversion needed; upload straight to YouTube or share in Discord.

  5. Hit record and play Press your hotkey to begin, play Roblox normally, then press the hotkey again to stop. The finished clip appears in Videos/SwiftRec.

Before You Record

Roblox runs on Windows, and so does SwiftRec. You need Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit). .NET Framework 4.7.2 comes preinstalled on both, so compatibility is built in.

Before recording, check your Roblox game's terms of service regarding capture software and streaming. SwiftRec is just a recorder—it doesn't inject code or modify the game—but it's wise to confirm the rules with your specific game first.

No account or sign-in is needed to use SwiftRec. Your clips stay local on your PC; nothing goes to the cloud or a third party.
